For this delicacy coriander, pig lungs, chicken gizzards, intestines, liver, and sausage are stuffed in a tofu skin and held together with a toothpick. A Luodong favorite, it is made with simple ingredients with a wide variety of textures. It tastes especially good with garlic sauce and sweet chili sauce.
